On the day of filming the group had to create a set. We wanted to create a professional feel, we achieved this by the arrangement of the tables, the pictures on the backdrop, the lighting and the arrangement of the mic's.

Being the floor manager i got to see the set being used first hand, I could see how the 'talent' reacted to the set. I think they were comfortable in set as the 'talent' and crew seemed at ease.

The backdrop me and AJ put up worked really well as the white music notes contrasted against the black background. This effect worked well on camera as well as it gave a depth to the set, and put a better perspective on the 'talent'.

My job involved maintaining order on the set, my main focus was on the 'talent' giving them the information they needed to go ahead with the show, i also had to communicate with the whole team to make the show run well.

In my job i decided to try to make the crew and 'talent' as happy and comfortable as possible by using jokes and positive complements. I thought i should do this because i think that if the cast and crew are comfortable and happy it makes the filming go smoothly, cuts the amount of tension and helps the 'talent' more comfortable in rehearsals and that helps them when they are put infront of the camera.
